About the Role

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a skilled Clinical Neurophysiologist to join our team. As a key member of our Neurophysiology service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical neurophysiological tests to aid in the diagnosis of patients.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties include performing routine EEG/sleep EEG recordings on adults and children, both onsite and offsite, and inpatients onsite. You will also be responsible for advising patients on necessary precautions and transporting portable equipment to the ward for bedside recordings.

Requirements

  • BSc Hons Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology or equivalent
  • Electroencephalography and Clinical Neurophysiology EPTA/ANS Board Examination Part I or working towards
  • Neurophysiology (EPTA/ANS) Board Examination Part II or working towards

Desirable Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Member of Professional Organisation
