About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at Asda, where you'll play a key role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving business growth.

Your Responsibilities

As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, developing category strategies, and influencing stakeholders to support transformation initiatives. You'll also lead on major business investments and executive priorities within the function, contributing to our cost and cash programme, and driving the procurement transformation.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in Procurement/Category Management, with a strong track record of crafting and managing complex contracts. You'll be adept at balancing and anticipating the needs of various stakeholders, with experience in influencing senior levels within a large organisation. Agile and adaptable, you'll be able to support business needs in a dynamic transformation environment.
