Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with site teams, perform audits, and support investigations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop expertise in products, ingredients, and functional properties, conduct lab duties, and become proficient in software systems.
- Work with the NPD team on sample preparation, production trials, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (with flexibility). The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour.
