Sales and Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Administrator.
As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and service functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Processing sales orders and managing inventory levels
- Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
This is a permanent position working part-time hours covering 3-5 days per week. You will be based in Herefordshire and work regular hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
