About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team at Gi Group. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various metal components, including handrails, balustrades, and balconies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair metal components, including handrails, balustrades, and balconies
  • Work on various construction sites, including domestic and commercial settings
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate installation of metal components
  • Operate various power tools and equipment, including drills, saws, and welding machines
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations
Requirements
  • Hold a valid CSCS Card
  • Have experience working with stainless steel
  • Be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
