About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Registrar to join our Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) Office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Academic Registrar, other Deputy Registrars, and colleagues in overseeing academic quality and standards across the global network.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with International Study Centres (ISCs) to provide advice on quality assurance, ensuring adherence to Study Group's standards. Your role will involve serving as Secretary to the Academic Board and its sub-committees, ensuring the effective operation of Study Group's Academic Governance.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in academic quality roles to begin their careers. You will be responsible for leading projects, identifying areas of risk, and implementing mitigations, working effectively with all parties to ensure smooth running of approval and monitoring processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects with a clear sense of purpose and direction.
  • Acting as Secretary for Academic Board, Quality Learning and Teaching Committee, Student Experience Committee, Research and Scholarship Committee, Programme Approval and Variation Committee, Entry Requirements Advisory Board, and Student Advisory Board.
  • Working with ISCs to ensure they can effectively embed quality assurance procedures.
