We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This role offers the chance to drive growth and build long-lasting relationships with key clients.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Participate in lead generation activities and sales call-outs.
  • Sell Exponential-e's portfolio of products and services to non-existing customers.
  • Ambassadors for Exponential-e, representing the company at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Successful track record of generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
  • Keen eye for sales opportunities and ability to progress them efficiently.
  • Can-do attitude, high achievement drive, and natural aptitude for sales.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to take constructive criticism and correct mistakes.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Eager to learn and develop.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
