Job Title: KS2 Class Teacher

GSL Education is seeking an experienced KS2 Teacher to join a lovely Primary School in the Leicester area. The school is committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum that challenges children to reach their full potential.

The Role:

This is a full-time position, responsible for teaching a class of KS2 pupils. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, recording, assessing, and delivering lessons. They will need to meet the social and learning needs of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach a class of KS2 pupils
  • Plan, record, assess, and deliver lessons
  • Meet the social and learning needs of pupils
Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent teaching certification
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in KS2
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop, plan, and execute a high-quality syllabus for teaching
  • Ability to maintain students' academic records and track their progress
  • Ability to manage high levels of student attainment through strong leadership and supervision
