Quality Care ServicesWe provide temporary care staff to various care settings, supporting individuals with diverse needs. Our services cater to those with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health requirements, dementia, and elderly care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with safe lifting and movement of service users
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Prepare meals and plan dietary options
- Help service users achieve independence according to their care plans
- Offer companionship and general assistance when needed
- Flexible shifts to suit your schedule - full-time or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- Competitive hourly pay rate from £13.00 per hour, with weekly payments
- Free training in line with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications like NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Annual pay review and eligibility for a Blue Light card for discounts
- A £250 welcome bonus upon registration
Requirements:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Be flexible with travel, potentially requiring driving or public transport access
- Have a good command of English and effective communication skills
- Obtain an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (cost: £56)
