This role involves utilizing knowledge and experience to engage in a diverse range of SFS and cold rolled steel projects, applying solid understanding of structural engineering principles and building physics, and collaborating with a team of highly skilled industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineering of cold rolled / SFS / light gauge steel products
  • Production of engineering calculations and designs packages for projects
  • Utilization of software tools such as Tekla and Tedds for design tasks
  • Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant industry related discipline (Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering etc.)
  • Relevant industry experience in the design and engineering of cold rolled / SFS / light gauge steel products (minimum 1-2 years for Junior Engineers)
  • Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and building physics
  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout the team and with external design team members and contractors
