About the Role

As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of English Tutors to ensure the best possible student outcomes and student experience. This will involve organizing and leading weekly team meetings with teaching staff, delivering induction sessions to help prepare new teachers, and moderating and standardizing meetings as part of the end-of-programme assessment process.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Diploma (DELTA) or equivalent, or Certificate (CELTA) with significant relevant experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. You will also need to be qualified to degree level or professional equivalent in a relevant subject area, with successful teaching, learning and assessment experience at level 3 and above. Additionally, you should have current experience in the delivery of academic English/EAP and experience in planning and running complex courses in EAP.
