We are currently seeking a locum Health Care Assistant to work across 2 to 3 GP surgeries in London East on a fixed long-term contract. The project is due to start as soon as possible and will run for 6 months, with a requirement to work 5 mornings a week, Monday to Friday. The practices are EMIS Web clinical system users.
Key Responsibilities:- Blood Pressure Measurements
- ECG Recordings
- Wound Dressing and Care
- Complex Patient Care
- NHS Patient Checks
To be suitable for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Health Care Assistant within a GP surgery. You will also need a certificate of competency, a current DBS check, and be able to provide an occupational health record and two suitable references.
