About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Wind Turbine Specialist to join our team in the Offshore Wind department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major renewables projects and contribute to our company's transition from an International Oil Company to Integrated Energy Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist engineering expertise to offshore wind project development, including technical management and definition of wind turbine scope. They will also provide engineering expertise to offshore wind farm operations, maintenance, inspection, and root cause analysis.

This role requires a strong understanding of wind energy engineering, commercial impact of technical choices, and quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering and delivery of major offshore projects, as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction to wind turbine package teams during project development phase.
  • Define and lead technical studies and advise on key project choices.
  • Work closely with Quality Manager to define test and inspection requirements.
  • Verify supplier documentation and handle document review process.
