We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to reducing Glasgow's energy demand and tackling the climate emergency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting utilities, assisting in daily operations related to utilities contracts and billing, ensuring compliance with regulations and targets, and managing workload and tasks.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Paying and resolving invoicing issues, maintaining records according to GCC requirements and energy legislation.
  • Collecting, storing, and processing relevant data and information, creating accurate and timely records.
  • Assisting in the introduction and promotion of improved energy efficiency monitoring schemes, providing statistics and analysis for statutory and internal reporting.
  • Coordinating the installation, replacement, or removal of metering and arranging repairs or site visits.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrable experience. You will be located within our Glasgow office and enjoy hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, and average earnings pension scheme benefits.

An estimated salary of £38,576 - £42,459 per annum is expected for this role, depending on location and experience.
