Job Summary:

Resourcery Group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team as a key member of the finance department. As a trusted advisor to the Finance Director, this role will oversee the existing function and provide additional support to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts to inform business decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive board packs for presentation to senior management
  • Develop and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability
  • Conduct regular strategic review meetings with department heads to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential risks
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee the company's balance sheet and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Drive business performance by analyzing financial data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist with year-end audit and statutory accounts production to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in management account production and financial analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
