About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join our Marine & Energy team in London. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will work closely with brokers and other analysts to provide key strategic advisory to a wide variety of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk analysis and modelling of clients' portfolios, including complex multinational groups.
  • Design and evaluate risk management strategies for Marine & Energy lines.
  • Develop bespoke models and new modelling approaches.
  • Value and price reinsurance contracts, structured insurance solutions, and capital market products.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, clearly communicating risk exposure, profitability, and actuarial forecasts.
About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of relevant actuarial experience in the insurance markets. You should have strong analytical skills, the ability to apply advanced mathematical and actuarial concepts, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Coding experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and sound oral and written communication skills are essential.
