About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D CAD Designer to join our team at Lebus Upholstery. As a 3D CAD Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of our products, working closely with our design and production teams to bring innovative and high-quality products to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop 3D CAD models of our products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and meet production requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their components, including materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Work with our development upholsterers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet production requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and product lines, working closely with our design and production teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and manufacturing technologies, and implement new techniques and processes as needed.
  • Work with our Works Study Engineer to evaluate new models and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's design and manufacturing capabilities, working closely with our management team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in 3D CAD design and development.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
