We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple residential schemes for a main contractor in London and the Home Counties.

About the Company:

Our client is a renowned construction and development company specialising in affordable housing, education, care, and commercial projects across London and the South of England.

Project Quantity Surveyors Role:

As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a £7m JCT D&B residential project involving the completion of 6 blocks of flats totalling 37 units at various stages of progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple residential schemes for a main contractor in London and the Home Counties
  • Exercise significant autonomy in managing projects
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director
