Culinary Artist

Compensation: £13.31 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Lakeside, Hayling Island.

About the Role:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to customer requirements and hotel specifications.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring seamless communication with team members and chefs.
• Maintain a high standard of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Executive/Head Chef to plan and execute menu development, ensuring consistency and excellence in food presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
