Job Overview: Our client, a well-established leader in the provision of commercial vehicle fleets, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's commercial vehicle fleet portfolio through strategic sales and account management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle fleet market
  • Broaden and deepen existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary package including a base salary range of £30k-£35k, OTE £70k+, and additional benefits such as a company car, mobile phone, laptop, private healthcare, pension, paid gym membership, and childcare vouchers.
