Job Title: Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our In-Room Dining team as a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work efficiently and effectively to deliver room service orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of our hotel's operations, including our menu, services, and amenities.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a similar lifestyle hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Confidence in restaurant operations and the order of service.
- Highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
- Prior experience using Squirrel EPOS is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
