We're seeking a highly skilled Business Services and Outsourcing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at BDO LLP. As a key member of our Business Services and Outsourcing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance and risk management services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with our Business Services and Outsourcing team to develop and implement effective quality assurance and risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our partners and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and risk management, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
