Operations Graduate

Job Summary:

As an Operations Graduate at Connect Recruitment Consultants Limited, you will play a key role in assisting and developing our asset management and remarketing functions. This role involves supporting the growth of our remarketing activities across our Short Term Rental and Lease fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand our sales channels to drive business growth
• Support the development of our B2B and B2C platforms
• Assist in creating and implementing our 'Re-lease' strategy for second-life vehicles to ensure effective utilisation of assets and drive residual value performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Fluent in English language (to effectively manage Customer, Colleague and Supplier relationships)
