Sustainability Expert

Irwin & Colton is recruiting for a Sustainability Expert to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive real change in health, safety, and sustainability within a forward-thinking organisation.

As a Sustainability Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, distribution or chemicals. They will be responsible for:

• Providing health and safety support across the business
• Ensuring health, safety, and environment policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated
• Supporting site teams to help them meet company standards and procedures
• Driving forward both corporate and local safety standards and implementing best practice methods, develop and deliver training packages where necessary

Salary: £40,000 - based on location and industry standards.
