Pastry Chef de Partie Opportunity at a World-Renowned Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in a luxurious hotel in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-quality pastry dishes for service
  • Working closely with the Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
  • Receiving and storing ingredients and supplies
  • Taking ownership of their section and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires flexibility and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays, and will be expected to work a minimum of 55-60 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in pastry cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
