Aspiring Psychologist | Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aspiring Psychologist to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in managing pupil behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to support their progress and achievements.
  • Assist pupils with problems and provide emotional support as needed.
Requirements:
  • First-Class Psychology related degree or 2:1 from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Impressive set of GCSE and A level grades.
  • Previous experience working with SEN students.
  • Patient, friendly, and supportive personality.
What We Offer:
  • £450.00 - £500 per week, paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
