About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Mechanical Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical support to our clients nationwide, ensuring that their equipment is installed, serviced, maintained, and updated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical support to clients at their sites, including installation of new equipment, moving machines, services, and decommissioning.
- Offer telephone support to clients as needed.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge sharing to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical machinery and CAD design knowledge.
- Strong computer skills and a clean driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
