Job Description:

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team as a Director. As a Director of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for leading our Building Surveying team and overseeing various projects, including Commercial, Residential, University frameworks, and full Turn-key Student Accommodation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Building Surveying team and manage projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building surveying matters

Requirements:

  • MRICS Chartered status or ability to achieve it promptly through the experienced route
  • Proven experience in team management and direct client interaction as a lead on projects
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
