Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise diving teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the preparation of department budgets and work plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Marine related discipline or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in general diving operations with minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • IMCA Air Diving supervisor or equivalent trade certificate from a recognized organization.
  • HSE Part 1 or equivalent Offshore Diver Certification from a recognized organization.

Estimated salary: $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive package including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
