We are a leading agricultural education and research institution in the UK, with a strong focus on providing knowledge and expertise to the farming sector.

This role is based at Oatridge Farm in West Lothian, which serves as an academic support unit for our Oatridge Campus and wider consultancy and research teams.

The farm spans over 283 hectares, providing a unique opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of agricultural activities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with our strategic objectives and industry best practices.

Your primary goal will be to optimize crop yields, improve animal welfare, and enhance the overall efficiency of the farm.

You will work closely with our research and consultancy teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
