As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from pre-build to dismantle. Your expertise in scheduling, team management, and process refinement will drive efficiency and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling and Team Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of installation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Talent Development: Foster a culture of growth and development among installation technicians, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  3. Fleet Management: Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain a well-managed fleet of vehicles, guaranteeing on-time deliveries and minimizing downtime.
  4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth project progression.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity within the installation department.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide data-driven insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as pre-build times and project costs.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of installation processes, logistics, and project management principles.
