CRM Project Data Lead

We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Data Lead to support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.

Key responsibilities include leading the data migration process, mapping and cleaning data, ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure, and working closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process.

Additionally, you will carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation. You will also support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in CRM data management and migration, experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role, and a strong understanding of data management, migration methodologies, and CRM structures. You should also have hands-on experience in tools such as SQL and data mapping, ELT processes, and data validation.

As a Data Lead, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project and support team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365. You will also be expected to work closely with our delivery partner to ensure a successful migration.

Hybrid Working Expectations: 2 days per week office attendance (Flexibility to attend the office more regularly on occasion may be required to meet business needs.)
