We are a family-run business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, with over £3m invested in new machinery. We manufacture high-end consumer products using state-of-the-art technology.

Our workshop area has undergone a recent revamp, and we're seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our small team of three engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either a mechanical or electrical bias to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in reactive and planned maintenance on complex machinery, including CNC Drilling machines, Automated Bandsaws, Presses, Shrink Wrappers, and Conveyors. They will also be familiar with Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance of high-tech manufacturing equipment
  2. Identification and rectification of technical issues
  3. Collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D)
  • Multi-skilled with a 60:40 or 70:30 mechanical/electrical bias
  • CNC experience advantageous but not essential

Estimated Salary Range: £46,000 - £47,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
