Job Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience
• Utilize MS Office software to manage tasks, maintain accurate records, and optimize productivity
• Travel between showrooms as needed to ensure seamless customer support

Working Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 0900 - 1700, with no Sunday or Monday working. Our primary workplace is situated in Haywards Heath, near convenient on-road parking facilities.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with previous experience in face-to-face retail customer services to join a well-established business with a strong reputation in their sector.
