Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
