As a key member of our Scientific Vacuum Division, you will develop and implement an environmental sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's guiding principles. Your mission will be to focus on the environmental dimensions of sustainability and achieve net positive impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an environmental sustainability strategy for the Scientific Vacuum Division
  • Generating inclusion and understanding across Divisional teams
  • Supporting divisional functions with project identification, analysis, justification, impact assessment, business case, and project approval
  • Maintaining the roadmap to net positive, generating and reporting on indicators
  • Ensuring that our product developments reflect market trends and changes

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategy development and environmental sustainability. You should have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, environmental studies, business administration, or a comparable field. Proven project control and delivery experience is essential, as well as the ability to assess and challenge project plans.
