Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines, including personal care and medication support
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Maintain a safe and tidy home environment, adhering to clients' preferences and needs
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
