We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager of our children's residential service in Matlock. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable children.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that children receive the highest standard of care and support. You will work closely with other teams, including education and therapy services, to ensure seamless delivery of care. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
