Electrical Engineering Instructor Job Description

Job Overview:

We are recruiting for an Electrical Engineering Instructor to join our team, providing training and education to individuals in Electrical or Electronic Principles.

Job Summary:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to develop their teaching skills, potentially achieving a Level 4 Teaching Qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach Electrical or Electronic Principles, following the Engineering training plan.
  • Assess and mark learner's work, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner's progress.
  • Support learners, addressing any barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet their needs.

Salary Information:

The annual salary for this role is between £35,800 and £37,900, depending on the candidate's level of experience.
