About the Role:

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Truck Recovery Specialists in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe recovery of vehicles following breakdown or accident within a 100 km radius.

With a focus on delivering high-quality services, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a positive attitude, tolerance, sympathy, and understanding when interacting with customers.

A minimum of one year's driving experience in vehicles above 3500 kgs is required, along with a valid C1E licence grade or above.

Bonus opportunities available upon successful completion of job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle recovery following breakdown or accident
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle recoveries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals

Working Conditions:

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require working at night. A comprehensive induction training program will cover all aspects of the role and provide an industry-recognised basic level qualification.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for post holders with HGV C1 or C License is £34,000, while CE holders receive £36,000 annually. Additional bonus opportunities are available based on performance.
