Field Service Engineer Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining foundation piling and drilling equipment for large commercial clients, including Balfour Beatty and Laing O'Rourke.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Servicing TTC controllers and performing machine diagnostics.
  2. Commissioning of equipment, assembly, testing, and training of operators.
  3. Servicing of equipment, filters, oils, and performing machine reconditioning in the Witney workshop.
  4. Assistance to dealers and customers by telephone and email.
  5. Maintenance of the workshop and yard.

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
  2. Minimum NVQ level 2 in heavy plant mechanics/plant maintenance/piling rigs or similar.
  3. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  4. CSCS card and IPAF desirable.

Remuneration:

Salary: £38,000 - £55,000
Working Hours: 8-5:30
Holiday Package: 25 days + 8 BH
Overtime paid from door to door.
Occasional nights away at short notice (could be up to 4 nights a week) around the UK and Ireland. Only Monday-Friday, no weekend work.
Company van and fuel card.
Specialist Tools, Company Phone, Tablet.
Pension.
