About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Places Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff while using our swimming and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all users.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Collaborate with other lifeguards and pool staff to maintain a high level of safety and customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aquatic safety and first aid.
Requirements
  • National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
