About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Simpex Corporation (Europe) . As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for assisting in ordering, deliveries, and processing invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• • You will coordinate national procurement of machinery, equipment, electrical instrumentation, and related requests, quotes, offers, and long-term contracts by specialist purchasing. You will report directly to the Head of Procurement and Management.
  • Creation of job-specific investments and contractual guidelines is essential.
  • You will prepare offers and new sourcing to support sales and develop the optimal procurement strategy for the project, taking into account possible synergies with other orders. Establishing vendor relationships and strategic partners for future business opportunities in marketing, manufacturing joint ventures, or acquisitions is crucial.
  • Managing the challenging interface between procurement and sales is key to success.
  • You will lead and manage procurement processes effectively.

Requirements

• • A degree in technical or a relevant field is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
