We are seeking a highly experienced General Foreman to join our team as a Construction Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in site management, with a focus on quality control, safety, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance metrics
  • Lead site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and resources to minimize costs
  • Monitor and report on project risks and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors

Requirements

">
  • MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License (CSL)
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Procore experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of supervising construction projects over $20M
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
