Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Sandal Motor Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our payroll and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Compile, input, and review payroll submissions, issue payslips and P45s, and complete P11d forms.
- Assist with the production of contracts, offer letters, and ensure the completion of induction paperwork.
- Manage employee records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
- Support the HR Manager and other team members with administrative duties.
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and third-party contacts.
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a payroll or HR role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- An attractive salary and flexible working hours (25-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
- 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service.
