Construction Specialist

DC Personnel is seeking a Construction Specialist to join their client's designing team. In this role, you will work on designing and developing construction projects from initial concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree, NVQ or City and Guilds qualification, and experience in CAD design software, specifically AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review quotes and maximise cost benefits against when producing working drawings
  • Undertake site meetings as required to undertake design meetings/site co-ordination & site surveys

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, and working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a workplace pension.
