Join Our Team as a Creative Traffic Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Traffic Manager. As a key member of our internal creative agency and web team, you will play a crucial role in managing the intake of new requests, setting up tasks, and ensuring all relevant information is captured in the initial ask.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote creative engagement services models.
  • Review and assess creative deliverables to ensure they meet our brand's standards.
  • Communicate with external agencies to resource work beyond our in-house team.
  • Manage project management and collaboration tools to maintain workflows and provide status updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in traffic management, project management, or account coordination.
  • Experience working with project management software, such as Microsoft Teams Planner, Adana, Adobe, or Workfront.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior managers and stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual who can identify inefficiencies in our creative org processes and operations.
