About This Role

We seek Business Solutions consultants to join our team and help clients navigate the rapidly evolving world of business. Our ideal candidate has a passion for technology and innovation, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and 6-12 months transferable experience.

As a Transformation and Change Analyst at Sparta Global, you will embark on a development journey combining academic learning, coaching, mentorship, real-world client projects, and continuous growth opportunities across various industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and solve complex problems
  • Assess client business needs
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions

You will gain further qualifications along the way, enabling you to level up your skills as you take on various roles, including Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.
