About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving the analysis and interpretation of complex biological datasets to support groundbreaking clinical trials and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse association of large-scale biological datasets with clinical metadata, including data from clinical trials.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new analytical, statistical, and machine-learning methods to enhance and expand the informatics platform.
  • Provide statistical input into study designs and analysis plans for complex datasets, including clinical trials.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in data science, bioinformatics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven industry experience in machine learning methods such as clustering, feature selection, dimension reduction, and tree-based models.
