Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with a strong background in Oracle applications and production support for Core Banking products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications and will be proficient in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Core Banking applications within a Financial Services or Online Banking environment
  • Manage batch cycles and transaction processing
  • Maintain detailed service support documentation
  • Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL
  • Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting
  • Flexcube and/or OBDX experience
  • Background in Financial Services or Banking
